tests alongside existing ntfy tests.

Changes:
- Add 3 Uptime Kuma test scenarios (up, down, up)
- Gracefully skip Uptime Kuma tests if not configured
- Update script description to include Uptime Kuma
- Improve output formatting with separate sections
